I’m a small town Alabamian just living life and documenting all things style, home, books, and anything else that crosses my mind to share. I’m married to my husband, Paul, for almost 13 years. We have two rescue dogs, Jack and Bernie, who are 11 years old and still keep us on our toes. I’m always on the lookout for the latest trends in fashion and home decor. I like sharing outfits at an affordable price because I’m working with a public school teacher budget. Old Navy, Target, Walmart, and local boutiques are my go-tos for fashion lately.
Home decor and styling is a huge passion of mine, but being a renter puts a limit on all that I can do. I have been fortunate enough to share some minor changes I’ve made here, with landlord approval of course, and have some plans for a few more.
I’m an avid reader and almost always have a book to share with you. Audiobooks, ebooks, or printed books- there’s no discrimination here. I read them all.
